Entering therapy is a journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. A typical course of therapy consists of 8–12 sessions, progressing through distinct stages, each with meaningful milestones. While every individual’s path is unique, the general structure provides a roadmap to support your personal transformation.
"Throughout my therapy journey, my mental well-being has improved significantly. What impressed me the most was your approach. Every session made me feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard—without fear of judgment. Because of that, I was able to open up honestly about my struggles and emotions. You helped me recognise and process my emotional wounds in a much gentler way, allowing me to feel lighter and happier. Thanks to your thoughtful guidance, I’ve learned to be more compassionate toward myself, letting go of rigid expectations and the pressure to be perfect. One of the things that stuck with me most was your advice: “Even a 1% improvement each time is still valuable progress.” That perspective has taught me to appreciate my small steps forward and encourage myself rather than focusing only on what’s not yet perfect.I am truly grateful for this experience. I’ve learned how to love myself the right way, I feel happier, and I can maintain a positive mindset even when facing life’s challenges."

"It has been such a transformative journey. After a really long time, I started to reconnect with myself, through many versions, and accept them. It’s a relief to know that I’m safe and supported on the journey to regain control over my life and begin to heal."

"After more than 20 therapy sessions, I have been able to face my past traumas directly yet gently. I have learnt to acknowledge them, practise living with them, and even transform them into meaningful values. Most importantly, I have gained many valuable skills that help me navigate life with greater ease and lightness despite these experiences."
